Since the year is ending, I'm back to waffle on about the state of things here at JizzyJazz HQ:
I know I promised an album before the end of the year, and I could make a roundabout excuse about how busy life has been lately, but the truth is that I've had massive burnout for the past few months and decided to pursue other things. But I'm looking to get back into it for next year, hopefully with no hiccups or breaks inbetween.
I have released only 9 tracks this year compared to last year's 22; here's the final 2024 track that I just uploaded today:
And here's the proposed docket that I pinky promise I will (hopefully) stick to:
-More frequent uploads
-Shift from original compositions to VGM remixes, I have a lot of songs (some known, some less) I'd like to remix
-But I'm not quitting original music entirely
-Albums probably delayed by a bit, I don't want to upload remixes to bandcamp cuz idk if they're cool with that

ok so i'm back in the saddle & working on stuff again after 3 months of what i like to call my "musician's schedule"
my plans for the rest of the year are
-more music as usual
-compile new stuff + revise old stuff into an ambient/electronic album
-neocities website i've always wanted a personal website and i think it's finally going to happen once i get the album out!
since we're nearing the end of august now that leaves me with another 3 months of time to finish all of this. no word on whether i'll be motivated enough to finish all of this in time but we'll see!! i have much bigger plans & ideas for next year, so look forward to that
now if you'll excuse me, i have to be at burger king.

at approximately 11:08 am CET, my headset of the past 4 years has passed away
it's death was not peaceful and rather painful as part of the headset cord had somehow managed to get under the foot of the desk, enduring extreme pressure for an extended period... by the time i found out it was too late to save it
